Important notice

In logging on to UAS, I understand that,

1. I have a duty at all times to protect the confidentiality and security of information and material supplied to the Universities Admissions Centre (UAC) by:
   applicants
   participating institutions where such information is not for publication
   NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA)
   ACT Board of Senior Secondary Studies
   interstate examining authorities
   Department of Education, Higher education statistics and
   any other bodies or individuals who supply information to UAC in confidence.
2. I must not access or view any confidential information or material as described in section (1) if it is not a requirement of my position, unless instructed to do so by an authorised member of UAC.
3. I must not discuss or disclose any confidential information or material as described in section (1) with any person except as required by my position.
4. In particular, I must not use personal information for any other purpose except as required by my position.
5. I further understand and accept that failure to comply with any of these conditions will be regarded as serious and may result in a range of sanctions including legal action.
6. I accept the above conditions and responsibilities and those specified in the UAC Institution System Access Request Form signed by me.
